Getting a driving license takes time, energy and money – not only for you, but also for your parents. You have already invested a lot of time in your lessons, and your parents have made a financial contribution to help you succeed. We understand how frustrating and demotivating it can be if you do not pass the first time.

That is why we offer our unique Re-Exam Guarantee. If you unfortunately fail the first practical exam, we will make sure you can take the exam one more time at no extra cost – without extra stress and without extra expenses. This protects your investment and that of your parents. The condition is that you have completed the full package.

Exam Guarantee – Rijleszone Amsterdam

The Exam Guarantee only applies to students who have purchased a complete Exam Guarantee Package from Rijleszone and have followed the entire process according to schedule.

1. Package requirement

  • The full Exam Guarantee Package must be fully completed.
  • The interim test must have been taken.
  • The student must have attended lessons consistently.
  • All advice from the driving instructor must have been followed.
  • The student must actively and motivatedly cooperate.

2. Exam planning and CBR waiting times

Due to long waiting times at the CBR, the exam date is reserved in time. Reserving an exam date does not automatically mean that the student is ready for the exam.

No later than 4 weeks before the exam, the driving instructor assesses whether the student is ready. If, in the instructor’s opinion, the student is not yet ready, the exam will be rescheduled.

If a student decides to continue with the exam against the instructor’s advice, the Exam Guarantee automatically becomes void.

3. Required lesson intensity

  • In the last 4 weeks before the exam, the student must take at least 1 lesson per week.
  • There must be no lesson break longer than 4 weeks.
  • No more than 2 cancellations within 48 hours are allowed.

4. Conditions for the free re-exam

If the student does not pass the first practical exam and fully meets all conditions of the Exam Guarantee, the re-exam arrangement will apply.

  • The student is required to purchase 10 extra driving lessons.
  • These 10 lessons must be fully completed.
  • After completing these lessons, the next practical exam will be reimbursed once.
  • The re-exam will only be scheduled after a positive recommendation from the instructor.

5. If the re-exam is not passed

If the re-exam is not passed, the Exam Guarantee ends completely. A new process will start, and all further exams and lessons will be fully at the student’s expense.

6. Exclusions

  • Insufficient motivation or commitment.
  • Failure to follow instructions.
  • Expired theory certificate.
  • Medical or external CBR decisions.
  • Abuse or unreasonable behavior.

Rijleszone reserves the right to refuse the arrangement in case of misuse.
